What is the FL-ERTV grape reception pump for?
The FL-ERTV is a helical rotor pump with hopper for the wine sector. The grapes are tipped into the hopper and the pump delivers them through pipework to the tank or the next machine. It is used for destemmed grape reception and vat emptying, and its practicality and robustness make it easier to handle the harvest.
The parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and the stator is food-grade rubber (nitrile). It works at up to 6 bar and 75 °C, and the nominal flow rates, from 2 to 60 m³/h depending on the model, are given for destemmed grapes at a pressure of 2 to 4 bar. It comes with a control panel as standard and, optionally, a temperature probe, level probes and a feeder.

This is the right pump if…
- You receive destemmed grapes and need to send them through pipework to tanks.
- You carry out vat emptying and need to transfer the harvest with a robust unit.
- You are looking for flow rates of 2 to 60 m³/h with working pressures of up to 6 bar.
- You want the complete unit: hopper, control panel and, if needed, probes and feeder.
Choose other equipment if…
- You work with grape paste and prefer an auger integrated in the pump: the FL-EREX with feeder is better.
- You want to move whole grapes with a reversible pump that can run dry: the FL-PT peristaltic pump with hopper is the better choice.
- You only transfer wine or must through pipework, without a hopper: the FL-ERB progressive cavity pump is better.
- You need liquid flow rates below 2 m³/h: the FL-EF is enough.
Winery applications
Where the FL-ERTV works during the harvest:
Destemmed grape reception
Transfer of destemmed grapes from the hopper to the tanks, at pressures of 2 to 4 bar.
Vat emptying
Handling the harvest when emptying tanks, with a robust, easy-to-operate unit.
Small and medium-sized wineries
FL40ERTV and FL50ERTV: 3 kW and nominal flow rates of 2 to 8 m³/h.
Large wineries
FL100ERTV and FL120ERTV: from 7.5 to 15 kW and nominal flow rates of 30 to 60 m³/h.
Features and benefits
Reception hopper
The grapes are tipped straight into the hopper and the pump delivers them through pipework.
Control panel as standard
The unit is delivered ready to work, with its control panel.
Optional probes
Temperature probe and maximum level or minimum-maximum level probe to control the pump.
Optional feeder
With a 0.75 kW motor on models FL40 to FL80ERTV and 1.5 kW on the FL100 and FL120ERTV.
AISI 304 and nitrile
Wetted parts in AISI 304 stainless steel and food-grade rubber stator (nitrile).
Six sizes
From 3 to 15 kW and from 150 to 265 min-1, for wineries of any capacity.
Models in the series
Choose the model by the flow rate of destemmed grapes you need to receive. All work at up to 6 bar and 75 °C.

Frequently asked questions about the FL-ERTV grape reception pump with hopper
What grape flow rate does each model handle?
With destemmed grapes and at 2 to 4 bar: the FL40ERTV handles 2 to 5 m³/h, the FL50ERTV 5 to 8, the FL60ERTV 10 to 15, the FL80ERTV 15 to 25, the FL100ERTV 30 to 40 and the FL120ERTV 50 to 60 m³/h.
What equipment does it have as standard?
The hopper and the control panel. As options, a temperature probe, a maximum level or minimum-maximum level probe and a feeder can be added.
What is the feeder for?
It is an additional drive, with a 0.75 kW motor on models FL40 to FL80ERTV and 1.5 kW on the FL100 and FL120ERTV, that helps the product pass from the hopper into the pump.
At what pressure and temperature can it work?
Up to 6 bar and 75 °C. The nominal flow rates in the catalogue are measured with destemmed grapes at a pressure of 2 to 4 bar.
What is the difference between the FL-ERTV and the FL-EREX?
The FL-ERTV receives the grapes in a hopper, comes in six sizes from 2 to 60 m³/h and accepts an optional feeder. The FL-EREX has an auger built into the connecting rod for grape paste, wetted parts in AISI 316, DIN 2576 flanges and flow rates of 25 to 45 t/h.
What maintenance does it need at the end of the harvest?
Thoroughly clean the hopper, body and stator so that no grape residue remains, and check the stator, which is the main wear part of a progressive cavity pump. Do not let the pump run without product, as this damages the stator.
