Today we would like to show you our EML in-line emulsifiers. They have been specially designed to offer high emulsion levels while simultaneously pumping the product. They ensure completely smooth, lump-free and oxidation-free results. On the other hand, the innovative design enables maximum hygiene to be maintained consistently throughout the process, in addition to the fact that these machines are known for being low maintenance.
And if that wasn’t enough, these products work very well with already standardised products, thus maintaining stability and keeping their properties intact.
The head must be selected a priori, depending on the product, and can be sieved, scored or perforated.

Please note that higher degrees of homogenisation can be obtained with this industrial emulsifier if you are working with products of high viscosity, different densities, or products that are difficult to mix, thus avoiding phase separation.

We have a great deal of experience manufacturing industrial machinery . First of all, looking at this particular range of industrial emulsifiers, we have seven different models.
Broadly speaking, they have a mechanical or double-cartridge seal, with fully adjustable heads and turbines, and their drive can be adjusted according to each procedure. Additionally, they are externally protected against environmental oxidation and are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The final finish will depend on the sector in which they will be used, whether it be industrial, food or health.
To top it off, you can add another multi-toothed head, drainage in the body, a control panel, a frequency variable, a thermosiphon, a rack or a bed plate…, with this range the possibilities are endless.
