Industrial Centrifugal Pump FL30CI
The most versatile solution from InoxMIM for industrial transfer. Open impeller centrifugal pumps made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The FL30CI series (FL32 and FL33) combines mechanical robustness with hygienic design to manage flow rates up to 90 m³/h in wine, chemical, and food processes with the presence of solids.

The FL30CI Series represents the backbone of industrial pumping in the InoxMIM catalogue.. This range has been developed to fill the gap between high-efficiency sanitary pumps and cast industrial pumps, offering the best of both worlds: the chemical inertia of stamped AISI 316 stainless steel and the heavy-duty capability of process equipment.
The differentiating factor of this series (which includes the FL31CI, FL32CI, and FL33CI models) lies in its open impeller hydraulic design.. Unlike closed impellers that require perfectly clean fluids, the open geometry of the FL30CI series generates a vortex that facilitates the passage of fluids with moderate viscosity or the presence of non-abrasive suspended solids (such as lees, small grape skins, chemical precipitates, or biological flocs).
Furthermore, its cold-stamped construction ensures surfaces with lower roughness and greater resistance to pitting corrosion (pitting) than pumps made of cast iron or steel, ensuring a long service life even in contact with brines or acidic cleaning solutions.
- Process Connections: Beyond the GAS or DIN 11851 standard, we manufacture on request with DIN 2576 Flange connections (for high pressure), CLAMP (for quick disassembly), SMS, or RJT.
- Sealing Management (Mechanical Seals):
- Standard: Graphite / Stainless Steel / NBR (Economical and reliable for water and alcohols).
- Abrasion/Crystallization: Wear faces in Silicon Carbide (SiC/SiC) or Tungsten.
- Chemical Compatibility: Elastomers in Viton (FKM) for hydrocarbons and acids, or EPDM for bases and steam.
- Mobile Configuration: For wineries and multi-product plants, we supply the equipment mounted on a stainless steel trolley (with 2 or 3 wheels depending on weight) and integrated start/stop switch, allowing a single pump to be used for multiple tanks or reactors.
- Model FL31CI (Auxiliary Processes and Dosing): The compact unit. With motors from 0.37 to 2.2 kW, it is perfect for low flow rates (up to 20-25 m³/h) and medium heads (25 m.w.c.). Its precision makes it ideal for feeding filling machines, flavoring circuits, or micro-filtration.
- Model FL32CI (Mid-Range): Designed for auxiliary operations and standard transfers. It covers flow rates from 5 to 42 m³/h and heads of up to 40 m.w.c. with compact motors up to 5.5 kW. It is the standard choice for filtration and transfer between nearby tanks.
- Model FL33CI (High Performance): For when the process demands speed. Its enlarged volute and motors up to 22 kW allow moving up to 90 m³/h or overcoming backpressures of 6.8 bar (68 m.w.c.). Ideal for rapid tanker loading, heat exchanger feeding, or long-distance delivery.
- Energy Efficiency: All impellers can be trimmed to size (Ø90-140 in FL31CI, Ø130-185mm in FL32, and Ø140-240mm in FL33) to adjust the absorbed power to the real plant conditions, avoiding oversizing and electrical waste.
- Wine and Olive Oil Industry: Transfer of wines, musts with solids, liquid lees, vegetable oils, and vinegars. Its self-cleaning capacity makes it ideal for pump-overs.
- Chemical Industry and Water Treatment: Pumping of solvents, alcohols, alkaline solutions, wastewater with organic load, and reagents.
- Food Industry (Auxiliary Processes): Recovery of CIP cleaning solutions (its ability to handle entrained air is superior to a closed impeller), pumping of brines for injection, light syrups, and whey.
