InoxMIM’s peristaltic pumps are volumetric equipment designed for the transfer of liquid, pasty or semi-solid products , with maximum delicacy and without contact between the fluid and the mechanical components.

Thanks to its operating principle based on the controlled compression of an elastomeric tube by rotating rollers, they guarantee a gentle, precise and completely sealed pumping, without risk of contamination or shearing of the product.

Manufactured under the FluidMIM line, the FL–PH (cast iron) and FL–PT (AISI 304L stainless steel) pumps offer stable performance, minimal maintenance and exceptional reliability even in demanding industrial environments, such as food, oenology, cosmetics, chemical or water treatment.

Body in GG-25 gray cast iron (optional body in AISI 316), DIN 2576 connections and FDA natural rubber tube.
Designed for chemical, water and paper industries, but also valid in food/cosmetics due to its total sealing.
Typical performance (according to service table): up to 3,000 L/h and 8 bar, self-priming –0.7 bar, operation with roller regulation and simple maintenance. Options: pressure switch + pulse dampener, variable speed drive, cart/base, level/temperature probes, hopper.

Structure in AISI 304L, DIN 11856 connections (others on request) and FDA natural rubber tube.
Extended flow range for plant with FL50/60/70/140PT versions: from 7,000 to 52,000 L/h, 3 bar pressure and self-priming –0.7 bar; ideal for food/oenology (juice, wine, crushed grapes, purees) and also sludge or carbonates. Options: solids hopper, pressure switch with damper, remote control and frequency inverter.

Mobile configuration in AISI 304L with pulse dampeners on suction/discharge and integrated panel; designed for transfers, fillings and multipurpose work in wineries or plants.
Performance equivalent to PT in its range: 7,000–52,000 L/h, 3 bar, –0.7 bar self-priming, reversible and with the same tube elastomers(GN/EPDM/NBR/FKM).

  • High chemical and thermal compatibility
    The tubes available in NBR, EPDM, Viton or FDA natural rubber allow working with aggressive fluids or at temperatures from –20 °C to 80 °C (up to 150 °C with special elastomers).

  • Minimal maintenance and quick assembly
    The replacement of the tube or rollers can be done without special tools and in a few minutes, drastically reducing downtime.
