Operating principle
The operation of external gear pumps is based on the positive volumetric displacement of the fluid between the teeth of two coupled gears.
The drive shaft drives the free gear, creating a continuous volume transfer proportional to the speed of rotation.
This system allows to maintain the flow without pulsations, with great precision in the dosing and excellent behavior against pressure variations.
Both models can operate in both directions of rotation (reversible) and support the incorporation of heating chambers (electric, steam or hot water) to prevent solidification or crystallization of the product in processes that require thermal control.
